Why are some children thin, gaining of weight is slow etc

There are some children who are very thin,often fall ill and are not able to gain much weight.  The first thing we have to find out is if the salt content in their body is high.   If it is high then the intake of salt has to be decreased or at least for a few weeks they must take food without any salt.  Since, if the body has too much of salt then it corrodes the calcium in the bones, making them brittle and does not allow them to develop properly.
 
Listed below are a few tips to overcome this problem.

Things You'll Need

  1. Badam - 4
  2. Raisins - 4
  3. Walnut - 4
  4. Dates - 4
  5. Coconut milk - 1/4 to 1/2 bowl or cup

Steps

Soak badam,raisins,walnut and dates overnight.

Next morning make some quarter to half cup of coconut milk(fresh).

Make a paste of the dry fruits which were soaked overnight and mix it with the coconut milk and add a spoon of honey and mix it thoroughly and let the child drink it on an empty stomach.

By doing the above for children who often fall ill, their health condition will improve, stamina also improves, they start gaining weight.  Reduction of salt intake also increases the child's health and weight.
