When you want to gauge a person's feelings and thoughts, you look into their eyes. Eyes express more than words can - they reflect yuor emotions, health and level of wellbeing.

Eyes need exercise, expecially if you spend a lot of time watching a TV or computer screen. To stimulate eye muscles and keep your eyes healthy, try the following exercise once a day.

Steps

1

Watch the Clock

Imagine you are looking straight ahead at a very large clock. Using the full extent of your vision and without moving your head, look up at 12 o' clock.

2

Slowly rotate your eyes around the closk, clockwise. Repeat three times. Then do it three times in the reverse direction.

3

Now go back to 12 o' clock and quickly move your gaze down to 6 o'closk. Go to 3 o' clock and quickly move your gaze to 9 o' clock.

You dont intend to produce crystal tears with your eyes like the girl in this video does, or do you?

Amazing are the ways in which God reminds us of his presence and omnipower.
