We all live such a busy life.  The basic things are loosing attention and ' money making ' has become our only primary focus. Any materialistic chase will lead to stress , something that builds on day after day. If we don't find a way to keep it in bay our productivity will suffer.
 
I am going to share what I call '5- Minute Therapies ' over the coming weeks,this series of my articles is for anybody after practial and realistc ways to de-stress and reclaim your energy. The unchanged fact will however be that a good sleep, good diet and regular exercise will boost your energy.
 
At the end of this series when you will have possible gained control of your health life I will present the twelve Life Tips - one for every month - which suggest simple, sure-fire ways to banish fatigue for ever.

Today's Tip - Ease your Back
The health of your back influence your whole body, including your emotions and mind. daily stretching helps bring a sense of ease into your back and liftw your spirits.
This exercise eases lower back pain, gives a sense of youthful vigour and stretches your back. Do it everyday.

Lie on the floor on your back with your arms by your sides, legs straight and chin tucked a little towards your chest to lengthen your neck.

Inhale ( breathe in), then as you exhale ( breathe out) let your belly sink down towards your spine (back bone) and bring your knees to your chest.

Clasp your hands around your knees and gently draw them towards youe belly, holding for the count of sevem.
Repeat this sequence three times.

This exercise seems to work

This exercise seems to work quite well. I also think that maintaining proper posture through out the day is important to prevent lower back pain.

Right posture

I agree with you . If only we did everything in a right posture we would be better off half of the ailments that bother us.
