Metro train work in Bangalore is going on in full swing-however Bangalore city already has a good network of tracks running through the city-From City to Whitefield,City to Yelahanka,City to Ramanagar,City to Hosur etc. The train stick on to time generally and major 2 aspects of using the trains are:

You will need to use the road transport to reach the station-a monthly/season pass will help you from pain of buying ticket each and every time-BMTC connections from the station will also help-The following stations are used especially for IT sector

  1. Krishnarajapuram- BMTC routes 304,306,319 will take you to ITPL; 500A,500D,C-1,502A will go to Marathahalli/Bellandur
  2. Whitefield-BMTC routes 319 to ITPL; 328B,328H will take you to Varthoor/Sarjapura
  3. Carmelram-BMTC route 342 will take you to ring road junction/Agara/Ibblur; 342 goes toards Sarjapur
  4. Heelalige- BMTC routes not available-only office shuttles can help reach E.City
