For example, www.xxx.com or www.xyz.org or www.abc.net are all, hypothetically, domain names. Often you will find that the wonderful domain name you have thought of is actually out there on the Internet. So you will need to think of a “unique” domain name, one that is not currently in use. How do you do that? Your best bet is to go a website called BlueHost to check if the name you have in mind is available. Some sites also suggest alternatives or slight modifications if your first choice is not available!
Choose Appropriate Software
There are many, many, varieties of blogging software available. Before you choose what suits you best, you must decide how much web space you need, and the choices the software offers you, and how much it costs. Programs like Blogger, TypePad, LiveJournal and Wordpress are popular and used widely. So, make a wise selection.
Start Writing
Now that you have chosen your topic, your domain name, and your blogging software, you must start writing. Do this with passion and care. Remember, thousands, potentially millions of Internet users are likely to visit your blogsite. So be careful with language, accuracy, and appropriacy.

Thank you for the well written piece on blogging.Nowadays blogging has turned into such a money spinner that lot of people have turned to this medium as a source of primary /secondary income.
Unfortunately a lot of good blogs fall by the wayside due to poor search engine optimization,hacking activities,lack of regular posting etc.
I would advise you to keep writing on some more advanced aspects of blogging to benefit your readers more.
