How to settle credit card / Bank disputes
Do you have credit card disputes or any kind of banking disputes in India which is not resolved.... Any bank employees or bank's third party service provider is harassing you for the payment which is not due from your end...
Steps
Do necessary complaints by sending an email to respective bank's "Grievance Redressal Officer" as per the escalation provided by the Bank. To know further about the Grievance Redressal procedures, go through the bank's website thoroughly. Each bank has its own grievance redressal department as per the RBI guidelines.
If your complaint is not responded within SLA stipulated by the bank, please lodge your complaint online to RBI (Banking Ombudsman). After lodging your complaint, respective RBI branch will call and seek necessary documentation & close your dispute smoothly with the particular bank.

CIBIL REPORT.
I applied for a loan from UCO BANK(Mortgage of Property)recently.I was suddenly informed that I am having several personal loans from different financial institutions.In fact I had personal loans but everything was cleared before applying.When I applied for my CIBIL report,I got it & I found there are 21 loans!None of the Banks has updated the CIBIL reports.The fault lies with whom?Even I appealed to the CMD,UCO BANK,but he simply refered the case to his AGM.What can AGM do?He just asked me to get the CIBIL reports updated.What a silly decision.I had submitted all the loan closure letters,even then it was declined!What a horrible country we are living in!On one side the Banks advertise in a big way of serving the middle class & on the other side they simply cover themself with vague rules & regulations!!!
Banking Complaints
With due regards & respect I can only confirm the RBI,OMBUDSMAN,is a hopeless organisation as their action starts when everything gets settled!!!These are all Ministry of Finance advertisement just to show that India has latest systems in resolving Banking issues.One can apply and check my experience.The work culture of our country has gone down so rapidly in the last 10 yrs,common people will go MAD one day.Everywhere there is POLITICS,CORRUPTION.Time has come where common people should form a party to rule the COUNTRY.We are tired of POLITICS and the MP'S,MLA'S etc etc.Everybody is trying to loot the country by muscle power.They don't even have the basic education!What will they do for the country?POLITICS is the best proffession now in India.Each & every ministers have a scandal in their history.Can't we shoot them in broad daylight?I feel ashamed of declaring myself as a citizen of INDIA!Pay TAXES and make them rich!
