Things You'll Need
- Minimum 2 partners are required to start a partnership firm
- Proposed name o fhe company
- Proposed registered business address and manufacturing address applicable to manufacturing industries.
Steps

Details of your partners such as:name, fathers name, DOB, and residential address and passport copy (if available) of all your members.
A partnership deed(partnership agrrement) between the partners should be executed ,for which the following information is required.:
- Name of the firm.
- Business address of the firm.
- Duration of the deed
- Details of the capital investment and ratio in which the profit is shared.
- Select an authorized person for bank and financial operations pertaining to your business

- Registeration under income tax act(IT) includes PAN and TAN.
- Regiteration under Karnataka shops and commercial establishments.
- Registeration under Karnataka professional tax
- Registeration under VAT(value added tax) ans CST(Central sales tax)

For export ,please obtain EXIM code.
Open a current account and statr off your business!!
Tips
- Consult a professional CA/CS experienced in this field
- Total government costs can be up to 20000 rupees and consultant fees may be an additional 20000 rupees

- The costs do not include any specific registerations like pollution control board and other registerations related to specific business activities.
