How to prepare healthy soup for weight watchers

Ayurvedic doctors recommend this mixed vegetable soup for reducing fat in the body.

Take this quick and easy to make soup daily for break fast or whenever you want and watch the fat melt away.

Things You'll Need

  1. Coriander leaves
  2. Curry leaves
  3. Mint (pudina)
  4. Black pepper powder
  5. Rock Salt (saindhava lavanam)

Cut the following vegetables into small pieces

  1. Tomato
  2. Cauliflower
  3. Beans
  4. Cucumber
  5. Beet root
  6. Carrot
  7. String beans
  8. Ginger

Steps

boil the vegetables in water and after 15 – 20 minutes add all the other ingredients.

after15 minutes when  the vegetables are boiled remove form fire.
