You need to know that the boss is always right!, so never counter comment when boss instructs you. Just accept what he tells and do as per the instruction.
Say, you have a better suggestion than him how do you present it? first work as per what your boss wants ,then make that extra effort to work on your suggestion. Take both the options and tell your boss that he/she inspired you to work for the other. Notice the smile on his / her face when you say this.Work honestly and donot waste time talking or chatting with others. Try to complete the jobs uptodate.
