How to make Vegetable stew

This can be served both with rice and rotis.It is healthy as it contains vegetables and less oil is used.

Things You'll Need

  1. Beans                       - 150gms
  2. Potatoes                   - 250 gms
  3. Green peas               - 150 gms
  4. Tomatoes                 - 150 gms
  5. Carrots                     - 150 gms
  6. Black pepper             - ½ tsp
  7. Fresh coconut            - ½
  8. Green chilies             - 6
  9. Besan (chana flour)   - 3 tsp
  10. Ghee                       - 2 tsp
  11. Salt, turmeric            - to taste
  12. chili powder               - to taste

Steps

Chop all vegetables into cubes and boil after adding salt and turmeric.
Slit green chilies lengthwise and add to the boiled vegetables

grind coconut to a smooth paste mix with besan, mix with the vegetables and boil till it thickens a bit.

garnish with finely chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves and pepper powder add ghee.
