How to make veg momos

Momos are very delious dish and easy to cook try this....

Things You'll Need

  1. 2 cups flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water
  4. 100g peas crushed
  5. ½  cauliflower fine chopped
  6. ½  cabbage fine chopped
  7. 1 green onion fine chopped
  8. ½ spoon chili powder
  9. ½ spoon garam masala
  10. ½ spoon turmeric
  11. 1 spoon vinegar
  12. Ginger $ garlic paste

Steps

Put oil in a pan and add garlic $ ginger paste cook for 1 minute.

Add garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, vinegar and salt to taste stir and cook for 5 minute.

Add all vegetables in to pan and cook for 5 minute more.

Add some salt into the flour and make firm dough with little water.

Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll into very thin chapatti of roughly 4" inch diameter and dab the edges of chapati with water.

Fill a full tablespoon of veg-stuff in the centre of each chapati and fold them into semi circular shape.

Place the momos in a steaming dish and cook for 10 to 15 minute.

Serve hot with tomato chutney or sauce.
