Tuar dal dosa an unusual recipe is also good for health as it provides not only protein but also relief from indigestion, nausea.

Things You'll Need

  1. Tuar dal                      ½ kg
  2. Cumin seeds (Jeera)    ½ tsp
  3. Ginger                        1” piece
  4. Red chilies                  6
  5. Garlic pods                  2
  6. Coriander leaves         2 tbsp
  7. Curry leaves               2 sprigs
  8. Salt, turmeric              to taste
  9. Oil                            1 cup

Steps

soak tuar dal and grind to a paste with ginger, red chilies, cumin, salt and garlic. The batter must be of pouring consistency.
Add finely chopped curry leaves and coriander.

heat a tawa , smear a little oil and pour a big ladle of batter into dosa.   Fry on both sides till it turns deep red and serve.
