Follow the Instructions to make Quick and Filling Poha Upma.
Heat oil in a pan add urd dal, chana dal, mustard, cumin seeds, curry leaves, red chillis, green chillis . When the dals turn light brown add chopped onion and turmeric.
Immerse poha in water, squeeze and keep in a plate. As the onion turns transparent add the poha.
Add salt and lime juice to taste and mix well.
Transfer into serving dish after 5 minutes. Garnish with fried peanuts and chopped coriander leaves (cilantro) and serve.
