You want to serve unique items when entertaining guests. This quick and easy dip can be served with snacks like pakoras, vadas, vegetable bajjis,dosas and umpteen more other snacks, and nobody can make out what it is made of till you tell them,

Things You'll Need

  1. left over pickle like magai
  2. avakai
  3. grated mango pickle
  4. lemon pickle  - 2 tbsp
  5. beaten curds (fresh)   - 1 cup
  6. coriander leaves - finely chopped - 2 tbsp

Steps

grind the pickle with one tbsp of curds to a paste.

add the rest of the curds and mix thoroughly.

Mix the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Tips

you can also grind the coriander leaves with the pickle. But just grind with pulsator so that the leaves do not become a paste.

Caution

the curds should not be watery Strain the curds if there is any water.
