How to make palak chutney - a healthy recipie

Palak chutney - it is full or iron because of palak and this chutney contains garlic also so it helps in cholesterol controlling

Things You'll Need

  1. Palak leaves - 1 bunch
  2. coconut (grated) - 1 cup
  3. garlic -5 to 6
  4. green chillies -4
  5. oil 1 tsp and water

Steps

Take the bunch of palak leaves and wash it thoroughly and then cut it and keep it aside

In a pan put some oil and the garlic(crushed) and fry  it a little then add the green chillies .

After frying it a little add the palak leaves, coconut and salt (in accordance to taste)
Put some water in it and let it boil well

After the water evaporates take the contents and put it in the mixie jar and grind it well.

Now pour it into another vessel and serve it with rice or idli or dosas. It tastes good.
