Poha chutney is made instantly and taste good.
For seasoning
Take a big bowl and put the powaor thin(paper)awalaki, coconut sugar, and salt
Prepare seasoning:
Take a little oil (1 table spoon)and when it gets hot put the red chillies(broken into small pieces) and then put the mustard and curry leaves
Put the hot seasoning in the bowl and mix it well with the powa and other contents and powa chutney is ready instantly
