How to make bread Manchurian - Quick snack

Prepare this quick and easy Bread Manchurian to find the path into your family members' hearts through their tummies.

Things You'll Need

  1. Bread slices            8
  2. Corn flour            2 tbsp
  3. Onions            2
  4. Coriander leaves        2 bunches
  5. Soya sauce            2 tbsp
  6. Garlic pods            1
  7. Ajinomoto(optional)    1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Chili sauce            1 tbsp
  10. Oil for frying

Steps

Dip each bread slice in a plate of water, squeeze out the water and crush. add salt, corn flour and make into small lemon sized balls.
Deep fry in oil and keep aside.

Chop onion, garlic, green chilies and coriander finely

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add the above chopped ingredients except coriander and salt and fry for a while. Then add chili sauce and soy sauce. Add one cup of water and bring to boil. Add the fried bread balls, ajinomoto and wait till the water evaporates.
Take into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
 

Tips

this can also be eaten as curry along with fried rice or plain rice.
