Following are 5 easy steps to have a clear & glowing skin:
Start your day with a walk for 20-30 mins of exercise in open air. Drink 2-3 glasses of water in the morning.
Use raw milk (without boiling) in the morning to wash your face.
Wash your face & neck everyday with a mild facewash before going to bed. Usage of apricot or walnut scrub once in a week is also recommended.
Apply moisturiser after a wash.
Try scrubbing fruit pieces viz. papaya, water melon, musk melon or cucumber whenever possible & wash off after it dries. If you have time to eat & fill your stomach certainly you can find time to feed your skin.
Always remove makeup from your face before hitting the bed. Use milk or cleansing milk.
Take proper 7-8 hrs of sleep.
Do not over do makeup, a bit of eye makeup & little foundation is recommended.
