When an interviewer takes an interview of a candidate then he/she is looking for some qualities like ethic, honesty, loyalty, confidence, and problem solving ability.  For an interview the key 4 E’s are very important like exposures, experience, expertise, excellence. Those students who have no working experience they should have exposure of their technical knowledge, and they also having capability to implement them in their application. Those people who have less experience would be expected to perform with limited.
 
From the expert person the interviewer expect to have a wide range of knowledge skill. And finally excellence is the person who knows beyond the boundary of expectation. The interviewer need not just fit candidate but they need perfect candidate for their company or organization. So be prepared and give a shape to your career.

According to me for an interview three P’s are necessary Presentation, Preparation, and Positioning. Presentation are most important thing for an interview, it is related with your attitude, your dressing sense, your resume presentation, and all. So dress up professionally, be punctual reach on time at venue, greet your interviewer properly and give your answers very confidently with eye to eye contact.
 
Try to convince them but do not show them that you are over confident. Regarding with preparation first customise your resume and write those things only in which you are confident do not write unnecessary things. Investigate systematically about the company in which you are applying. Prepare yourself with your friends and relatives at home before going to an interview. And regards with positioning every company has their own mind set up for candidates try to fit in those condition do not create your own criteria because now a day’s lots of competitions is there so you have to beat those competitions.
