Details of carpet, area, built up area & super built area

Clear land ownership

Design and Vastu (if you have belief) and other ameneties offered.

Terms of the agreement allotment with respect to:-

1. forfeiture
2. handing over possession and remedies in case of delay
3. composition of the total cost
4. provision of cost escalation

Provision of services: Electricity/Water/sewerage/drainage/roads/parking etc

1. Maintenance charges
2. Completion schedule and possession date
3. Post construction warranties
4. Grievance redressal mechanism

take care to verify whether the builder has provided fire safety system which is mandatory for multi stories complexes

Also check whether the builder is offering extra services viz  security service, maintenance of the building and generator by collecting extra money at the time of purchase.It is more convenient if such service is offered.
