How to build your child's English vocabulary
English Language is my mother tongue. I inherited it so it seems natrual for me, yet I am told that it can become the most painful and devestating language to learn since one word may means many things depending on the context that it is being used. Below are steps that can be used to improve English Language skills especially in children.

- Place Card - Maybe cardboard or peices of paper.
- English Dictionary

Steps
They easiest method to learn kids to read english is by stimulating them towards learning words. One method to do this is by using peices of paper to label items around the house and have them saying it everytime the approach it.
The second step is to encourage reading and listening to coversations in English. Reading story books, newspapers, television ads etc. helps to imporve skills in the English language
The third step is to have them look up meaning of words in an english dictionary. Learning the meaning of words they do not know helps in vocabulary and helps stimulate the learning process.
Tips
As your child grow, you should encourage more reading so that he/she can improve their skills in the english language. It is something that requires a lot of practice.
