Dressing according to the occasion is an art to be perfected. Some believe that wearing comfortable clothes covering the body is enough. Some wear trendy clothes that do not suit them.With a little caution you can be one of the best dressed person on any occasion.

Steps

Select models that are fashionable yet dignified. Highly fashionable clothes can not be worn to the office unless you have a function in the office.   The clothes you choose must be suitable to your body color, shape etc. ex- horizontal stripes do not go well with a plump wide body.   The clothes you wear should enhance your beauty and plus points in appearance.

arrange casual wear and formal wear separately for future use.
 
when you are going to console some one for their loss, you wear light colored and sober clothes. traditional celebrations need traditional clothes and jewels.

You can save "out of fashion designs" and wait for the fashion to return as mostly history repeats itself. Consult your friends or browse therough fashion maagzines before buying any outfit.
 
Use clothes more close to tradition though trendy on occasions like Republic Day, Independence Day etc. Whatever be the occasion wear suitable clothes that attract Attention.

Caution

  • Do not dress to kill while visiting people on sad occasions.
  • You would be the odd person out if you wear a jeans or shorts with a revealing top where a Puja is being conducted.
  • Do not pay through your nose for costly items that you would not be using at least 3 -5 times a year.

first of all u shld be aware of what type of clothes that suit...

secondly,wear according to the daily chores ....like if ur going to office wear a dress that is comfortable to u according to the climate that suits u the whole day at office after all u should be comfortable at work place.

diet

1) get up at 6 am

2) have a glass of arugumpul powder with honey and mix it inwarm water and drink it empty stomach.

3)for breakfast have two idlies with mint chutney. and drink two glaswses of water.....

after an hour drink one glass of buttermilk with light salt added to it.

for lunch you can take two chappathis with green leaf curry.....

evening u can drink a cup of hot green tea....... with an apple.

for night dinner again u can have two chappathis with raw onion and tomato.

and do some exercise in the morning and at nite.... u r sure to lose 5kgs in a month.hope all of u will be benefitted
