I have a confession to make, although weight loss is an interesting and inevitable subject that holds a lot of interest, I personally don't like to promote this as the only way to be fit. I promote natural health and well being. I believe, you must love the body you are in, for each one of us is different. I wrote my initial set of articles to suggest that if you are too worried about your body weight, then there are definite ways you can get rid of this stress and rebuild yourself.
Know that nobody is perfect, if you see someone who looks perfect, simply know that they have spent a great deal of effort in toning that body using ways such as dieting, exercising and medical surgeries. Do you remember 'Ash' from her miss world pageant? her teeth and nose were not what they look like now, she went on to have them surgically corrected to get the current look. To her it is the only way she can earn a living, no body would notice her if she showed signs of aging visibly. It is an art of disguise that she will try and maintain as long as possible, that is a lot of stress in itself don't you think? No wonder more than half of the celebrities earning are spent on their looks.
Men are no immune to this, in today’s changing world, men equally endorse as many beauty products and fashion items as women so the demand to look good is growing. I don't say it is wrong to have the desire to look good, but it is unnecessary to worry on this and go to extremes risking your life and lowering self esteem. You must maintain your body in a good condition true, also you must love the body you are in.
Anyways, one of my readers has a very interesting question about 'weights training’; he asks are there ways you can target certain parts of your muscles to work out. A few years ago every one gagged about 'Salman Khan' being well built in his upper top but proportionally very thin in the lower part of his body. It is very obvious he did not give enough attention to his hamstrings as much as he did to his biceps, abs and chest then. If you are planning to have a sixpack look you must start with exercises that target your total body for the first three months and then target and train specific areas. Never try to skip directly to the targeting level.
My involvement into 'Weight Loss' must stop here when it comes to rigorous exercising. I am not a 'personal trainer', the one who designs exercises to match individual needs. Your health is of utmost importance to me too, so I suggest you to visit the following webpages to gain in-depth knowledge on 'Physical training'.
