I really don't know how to explain all this process but I use this technique every day. It works , really believe me it does.
Can you guys see the picture beside this step. Yes, it's that simple. You have to sit in this posture untill you feel something in your stomach and that's all done. You'll feel some kind of pressure and then you can visit toilet. Grab a magzine, book or work on your laptop (stay in this posture) and get rid of your stomach problems.
Bend your left elbow, resting the lower half of the elbow on the floor/carpet (use pillow or cushion under your elbow if the surface is hard). You can rest your head on your palm/hand. The attached image will give you an idea what I' talking about. You've to follow the same posture, keep the lower half of the body straight.
