This is an uncommon and innovative recipe. It can be easliy prepared by using left over Vegetable Manchurian and fried noodles.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cabbage, carrot and capsicum sauté lightly.
Add tomato and salt to taste.
Chop the Manchurian balls into small pieces and add to the vegetables along with gravy.
Transfer into a serving bowl.
Crush fried noodles and arrange over the vegetables. add lime juice (optional)
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve. (Serves 3)
You can fry Maggi Noodles if you do not have left over fried noodles.
Ajinomoto causes migraine in some people. Use can use salt instead.
