Article written by Mehru Roshan, a Naturopath.
I have noticed many health articles do not carry appropriate complete warnings to the reader. If you are a publisher I request you to write only those articles that you really expertise in . You must be able to answer the questions with loyalty.

I believe, I am responsible for the well being of the people around me. Although, I wanted to write an article on what to eat during the five breaks I recommended, I am not going to do so. It will be wrong on my part to suggest such a table of content. I must draw a fine line between sharing and prescribing. Many readers depending on the kind of situation they are in while reading the article will act upon it. This is what worries me, unless you can prove what you are writing is true and take responsibility for any adverse health effects , don't write a health article.

Readers, please do not consider following any ideas from health articles written by an unauthorised source. Prescribing what to eat, defining lifestyles, talking general health needs a certain qualification. Treat them like a piece of advice from your age old grand ma, extract the knowledge but don't blindly follow what is suggested.

'Plagariasm' is bad and by doing so you are putting the vulnerable reader into direct danger. It is equal to a crime and any health damage done to the reader  by your words is held against you in any trial even in India. why, qualified dotors are not spared.  It is not a sin to share your knowledge but 'health' no... be very careful on what you write. Give appropriate references to the sources you collected those information from, even if it is your grand ma. Remember, you are completely responsible for the good as well the bad influence of your writing.

Plagariasm is very damaging for Health Articles

Hi,

Your article sheds light on a very common problem of web 2.0. Many bloggers in an attempt to drive traffic, just copy bits from many places to create pages.

While this may not harm other areas, it is detrimental to health related articles. You copy stuff only when you don't know what you are talking about. In matters of health rather than ignore, a Limited knowledge can be very dangerous.

you can also use http://www.copyscape.com to check for Plagariasm.
