Yoga is physical and metal work out. It is basically originated in India but followed by the other country also because of its benefit. The Yoga Is defined by the Vedas, this word is taken out from Sanskrit language. The meaning of this word is to join, unite, contact and so on. Few of Spiritual books are defined the meaning of Yoga is no exception. The “Sat yuga” is the original era of yoga. The Bhagavad-Gita, Upanishad, and Veda Puran is also described the Yoga and their benefits. Yoga has gained lots of popularity in worldwide and become a health movement. According to survey the practice of Yoga started 6000 year ago. The yoga has eight milestones:

  1. Pranayama (breathing)
  2. Asana (postures)
  3. Sayama (restraint)
  4. Niyama (healthy observances)
  5. Pratyahara (sensory withdrawal)
  6. Ekagrata (concentration)
  7. Dhayana (meditation)
  8. Samadhi (higher conscious)

 
Yoga is not popular in India only but it is also world-wide famous, this credit goes to the guru of yoga Swami Vivekananda. He spreads the techniques of yoga and their benefits in the whole world.
 
Types of Yoga:

  1. Bhakti Yoga:  This type of yoga is totally spiritual based. The person who practices this form he devotes himself towards the God   or Divine and observe the presence of God into all creatures.
  2. Hatha Yoga: This is the unique and most popular form of yoga. It is postured or asana based yoga means physical exercise. With this form you can learn the balancing, flexibility and stretching.
  3. Jnana Yoga: This type of yoga is totally gives stress on deep rumination. The word Jnana means “Wisdom”. You can practice this yoga with meditation.
  4. Karma Yoga: Do you remember the words of lord Krishna in Geeta “Karm hi yog hai”, today’s activities determine future’s situation. Practitioners of this form take the good decisions in their life and having positive approach.

 
Benefits of Yoga:

  1. It increases the flexibility of body that reduces your joint pain.
  2. Through yoga the body got relaxes. The massage of your Organs and other part of body are possible only by yoga and you can also remove lots of disease.
  3. Through practices yoga you can reduce your stress and take a good sleep in night.
  4. I have seen lots of example in my life, the people who are suffering with so many problems like blood pressure, asthma, allergy, lower heart rate and so on but they improved their conditions with yoga.
  5. Meditation is totally spiritual based it gives you the Divine growth.
  6. It also beneficial for expecting mother and their child.
