I just wanted to tell you my experience in getting a NOC (No Objection Certificate) for my bike since I have to take it from Hyd to Blr after my transfer. You tactfully manage your wheels and are thankful that you saved yourself and some one else from a fatal accident. How does it feel? Scary and annoying the very next moment. Such occurrences are not rare today. Your blood has come to boiling and you swear at the driver and move on with being in a bad mood all day.

We can't imagine a smoothly running governing system of any political intity or organization without a well structured and successfull constitution. Voter’s card is mandatory like the ration card to prove your identity.
What with the elections looming large there is hectic activity in distribution of voter cards. The voter card is very important as you are even required to produce your identity while receiving a courier letter.

In Andhra Pradesh you can take two photographs, one age proof and an address proof and get a voter's card within one hour at any E seva centre.

Complaints can be filed online in the website by Department of AR&PG (Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.
